Hello ! I am a Registered Massage Therapist that has been serving the Port Coquitlam community for over 26 years, and an RMT for 30 years!

My office is conveniently located on the main floor of the Hyde Creek Recreation Center .

I’ve built my practice around trust, compassion, and a deep commitment to whole-family wellness. I take pride in offering safe, effective healthcare tailored to each individual’s needs.

What I love most about my work is its personal nature—getting to know my patients, understanding the stresses and challenges they carry, and using my skills to help them feel better in body and mind. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone leave my office with a smile, feeling lighter and more at ease than when they came in.

In British Columbia, therapeutic massage is a regulated healthcare profession that requires extensive education, clinical training, and ongoing professional development. Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) are licensed by the College of Massage Therapists of BC and are held to some of the highest standards and administrative regulations in Canada. This ensures that massage therapy is delivered safely, effectively, and ethically.
